Reggy was an unremarkable dock worker who dabbled in minor drug dealing, mostly marijuana, and didn't have much in the way of family. The only remarkable thing to happen to him was that he happened to be in the right place at the right time (or the wrong place, depending on how you look at it) when the Setites needed to replace a few Neonates who'd been killed by the Brujah during the height of the war. The only one to survive the mass Embrace, his ability to survive was all that was required to earn him a place in the pack. Once the war was over, he returned to much the same work he'd done when alive, except that he was moving more drugs and coordinating with other Setite agents at the docks, bringing in contraband.
Reggy's managed to adapt to his new existence and has finally adopted the Path of his sire. He's remained a loyal member of the pack, though he generally doesn't socialize with the other members, keeping to his own life and doing what's asked of him. He also looks after his own interests, building up his contacts and gaining influence at the dock workers' union. Very little else holds his interests, though, and the tedium of eternity is already beginning to weigh upon him. While he accepts his sire's philosophy, in theory, the acquisition of power doesn't appeal to him as an end in itself. He keeps looking for something more, though he's rebuked Marie's attempts to give him purpose through the teachings of Malena.
Reggy is a quiet man, a bit cynical but generally likeable. He is, however, capable of extreme violence in the service of his pack and can be cold and calculating, when duty calls. This side is kept in the background, though. Deep down, he is a simple man who has simple pleasures, few of which remain to him now that he's undead. Since his Embrace, he's been having a difficult time finding any joy whatsoever in his existence. This boredom and joylessness has begun to plague him a lot in recent years and he's begun to look for some way to spend his nights. He's taken to going to Camille's clubs, looking for some enjoyment and she's taken up his quest as something of a personal challenge.
Reggy has a great deal of loyalty to his pack and to the sect. He's particularly loyal to his sire, partially due to the Viniculum, but also because of a kinship he feels with the quiet, strong man. He feels distanced from them, though, and doesn't consider them friends as much as associates. The only exception might be Camille who, as mentioned above, has taken a particular interest in his personal life.
He's had little contact with the Lasombra, except for a short contact with Garcia and his childe, back when they were mortals. While he liked the way they comported themselves, their Embrace has put them in direct competition with the Serpents and so he's not had any reason to deal with them again. He's had no contact at all with the Samedi and barely even knows of their existence. His contact with the Brujah has already been noted, but he has a personal grudge against them dating back to the war (it was a tough first decade) and he doesn't particularly care that the remaining three helped the Sabbat win.
He's only recently had a lot of contact with the Krewe of Rex and, while he has no interest in their religious beliefs, he has found the company of Ange pleasant as he's spent time in the clubs. He is a bit put off by the self-destructive streak in that crowd, though, and their company tends to depress him after a while. Outside of the New Orleans kindred, he really doesn't know any vampires, with the exception of the few Brujah who escaped New Orleans.
Reggy's influence is through his contacts in the dock workers' union and his drug smuggling connections. He's well liked among the fellow dock workers and is considered a reliable earner by his criminal associates. He's had a few conflicts with the Brujah, but has managed to keep his manipulations quiet enough, of late, to keep from drawing their ire, though he's looking for a long term solution (probably involving driving them out of the union entirely).
