2003 Updates

• 2003 Jun 14 - A year is a long enough break, I think. Time to finish off the last two unstarted areas and then do the proofreading and polishing of the the whole mess. Part of the polishing I intend to do is adding ghoul information to all kindred who have them and put in short bios of prominent vampires in the other important cities.
